The TRUPOTAN BIO range has been specially developed for the use in the retanning process. They are of particular value in the optimization and improvement of all types of leather including ‘Eco-friendly’ leathers.

The TRUPOTAN BIO range are genuine ecological alternatives to conventional syntans and amino based resins.

TRUPOTAN BIO:

- formaldehyde free (ISO 27587:2009 IULTCS/IU626)
- absolutely no contribution to free formaldehyde in leather (ISO 17226:2008)

The three products currently in the TRUPOTAN BIO range are:

TRUPOTAN BIO 03L, a low molecular weight liquid biopolymer ideal for use on garment and upholstery leathers

TRUPOTAN BIO 05L, a high molecular weight liquid biopolymer for splits and nubuck leathers.

TRUPOTAN BIO 08P, a low molecular weight powder-based biopolymer for shoe upper & clothing leathers.
